"I have been coming to this area for 40 years and have stayed in luxury homes to rustic cottages owned by relatives. This property surpassed all expectations and previous stays (despite off season) There will be no property found in Dennis/Northside that gives you the amenities -outdoor shower, hot tub, firepit area, indoor fireplaces, close proximity to private beach, privacy, and close proximity to both Gina's and Chapins restaurants) You will not find this no matter how long you search! The interior design is amazing and property owners attention to detail in this remodel is apparent throughout! And I don't see this cleanliness and bed linen quality and comfort in many 4 and 5 star hotels I have stayed in!!!! Will be back.......OFTEN! ;)"

 "My husband and two small children spent four glorious nights here with his parents and sister on a breezy September weekend. We could not have asked for a better home to share with them. The bedrooms are sparkling clean and cozy. The master bedroom is quite spacious and boasts ample space to tuck away luggage and assorted children's stuff. The linens provided are high quality and the decor is elegant, yet comfortable. We especially enjoyed the many different spots to gather and relax at the end of our busy days: the two, separate living rooms, the kitchen, the two outdoor decks and the outdoor fireplace. The kids loved the reading nook at the foot of the stairs and the two, seemingly giant sectional couches to snuggle and play on. Finally, the location was absolutely ideal. The beach was a very quick stroll away, and is our favorite beach on the Cape. We enjoyed a stroll to Chapin's for a boisterous and tasty dinner of buttery lobster rolls and the best fish and chips my husband claims to have ever had. There was a small grocery store, a playground, an ice-cream spot and a coffee shop all a short drive away. We have already booked for next September!"

 "This was our first experience in Dennis. The cottage was cute. The kids liked that they had plenty of play space outside versus previous places we looked at. Mayflower Beach is by far the best beach for the family. We walked to the beach everyday and stayed until dinner and then made trips back to see the sunset. What a great week!!!"

 "Only worry in the world is the tide gonna reach my chair... Heaven on earth in these clean, quaint, little sea side cottages where your neighbors feel like friends in less than a week and everybody knows your name at Chapin's!  What could be better than spending the day at one of the Top 10 Beaches on the East Coast, only to walk home, enjoy a refreshing shower underneath a setting sun, a quick change of clothes and walk around the corner to enjoy one of the best meals we've ever eaten at Gina's By the Sea (known for their Italian, but don't miss out on the Filet Mignon!). Oh and say hi to Larry for us!  I could go on and on about these little gems by the sea - AND THEIR OWNERS who take great care of them and us - but I won't, for fear of too many falling in love with our little piece of heaven and us not getting our 'prime time' next year!"
